We at STUDIO BLUE FASHION L.L.C are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please note our Delivery Policy for all our online orders:

For Orders in UAE:

For all orders placed before 2 PM, we will ship out within the day, and the items will arrive on your doorstep within the next two days.

• For orders placed after 2 PM, the shipping will happen the day after, and you will receive your goods on the 3rd day from your order placement.
• We, therefore, request all our customers to give 2-3 working days as a general rule of thumb for you to receive your shopping from STUDIO BLUE FASHION L.L.C.
• If you live in remote areas in the UAE, the shipping might take up to 7-10 working days. Shipping rates MIGHT change for larger shipments to remote areas. We will communicate with you if you are shopping from a remote location in the UAE.

Note the following cases where there might be delays in you receiving your shipment.

• You do not answer the call the courier calls at the time of delivery- couriers want to deliver items to the correct address. In this scenario, they will re-deliver only when you answer your call. Please keep an eye on the phone number you provide in your order so you get all the delivery days.
• Order changes- if some items are unavailable (we work on keeping actual stock numbers, but there could be changes for things like off-the-meter fabrics/batting). While communicating these changes, we might incur a 1-2 day delay in your order shipment.

We request clients to be patient with order delivery delays. They occur rarely, and we always try our best to give you the fastest door-to-door service.

Delivery Rates in UAE

• For all CASH on DELIVERY orders, we charge a fee of AED 30 per order shipment. We offer free shipping for orders over AED 525 (Incl VAT)! This is applicable to everything.
• Please note we do not accept cash payments for orders over 500 AED- in case you want to pay everything in cash, and the value is >AED 500, you have to split your orders as multiple orders, and we will treat them as separate.
• For all CREDIT/DEBIT card payments, we charge a fee of AED 25 per order shipment. We offer free shipping for orders over AED 525 (Incl VAT)! This is applicable to everything except sewing machines.
• Remote area clients- Delivery policies are different. Kindly contact us before you place your order to clarify delivery feasibility.
