Return & Refund Policy

Following is the Exchange policy for purchases made in Studio Blue:

*Products cannot be returned or refunded; they can only be exchanged.

*Once an order is placed, no cancellation will be accepted.

Products, once processed and shipped, will not qualify for returns or refunds.

How to Facilitate an Exchange?
Whether you reside within or outside the UAE:

Within the specified timeline (i.e., 5 days from the date of the item received), please get in touch with Studio Blue by emailing info@studioblue.fashion and raise an exchange claim. The team will facilitate the exchange by checking and verifying your claim. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item to the store.

Please note that sale and jewelry items are excluded from this policy and can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

Dispatch Timings:
Once an order is placed, the item will be dispatched within 2 working days, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched the following Wednesday before 2 pm.

Delivery Policy
We at Studio Blue are committed to making our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible because we know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please note our Delivery Policy for all our online orders:

For Orders Within UAE:
For all orders placed before 2 pm, we will ship out after 2 working days, and the items will arrive on your doorstep in the next 3-5 days.

  • For orders placed after 2 pm, the shipping will happen the day after.
  • Therefore, we request all our customers give 3-5 working days as a general rule of thumb for you to receive your shopping from Studio Blue.
  • If you live in remote areas in the UAE, the shipping might take up to 6-8 working days. Shipping rates MIGHT change for larger shipments to remote areas. We will communicate with you if you are shopping from a remote location in the UAE.

Note the following cases where there might be delays in you receiving your shipment.

  • You do not answer the courier calls at the time of delivery- couriers do not want to deliver items to the wrong address, and in this scenario, they will re-deliver only when you answer your call. Please keep an eye on the phone number you provide in your order so you get all the delivery days.
  • Order changes- if some items are unavailable (we work on keeping actual stock numbers, but there could be changes for things like off-the-meter fabrics/batting). While communicating these changes, we might incur a 1-2 day delay in your order shipment.

We request clients to be patient with order delivery delays. They occur rarely, and we always try our best to give you the fastest door-to-door service.
